For the last 14 years Change Dynamics has provided an expert national change and redundancy support consultancy. This includes preparing for change, planning communication, leadership, and supporting all levels of staff through change, redundancy, coping with ambiguity, career transition, and job seeking and winning.

Major clients include providing all change support needed for Capital & Coast District Health Board for over 7 years, BNZ, Victoria University, University of Canterbury, and many other major organisations in New Zealand.

Support is offered in planning for major change, during the consultation period with staff, including facilitating submission writing for groups, workshops on coping with change and ambiguity, workshops for leading people through change, being on-site when staff are given unwelcome news, working with individuals and groups to prepare for change, maintaining motivation and resilience, goal setting, team work, career planning, and all job transition skills.

Expertise is provided in helping rebuild effective teams after restructuring, regenerating motivation, resilience, and effectiveness.
