Change Dynamics works with teams, particularly
senior teams, and organisations to change beliefs, attitudes, skills,
behaviours, and culture.
Bronwyn works with organisations as their change
manager, provides consulting advice, coaching, and facilitates training
and workshops on change leadership, communication for change, motivation
for change, transformational change, and developing values. She is highly
effective in facilitating senior teams in planning for culture change.
Values-based Change
We are passionate about helping organisations develop a culture that
supports their strategy and empowers staff. Change Dynamics helps organisations
develop values, and bring existing values alive and into the behaviours
of all staff. Values are the DNA of any organisation’s culture,
and having espoused values that are not demonstrated by senior staff
in particular, will destroy trust.
